North Texas delivered its most complete performance of the season Saturday night, dismantling Houston Christian 63–14 at DATCU Stadium in Denton.

The Mean Green dominated every phase, piling up 648 total yards while holding the Huskies scoreless for the final three quarters.

Running back Jahiem White continued his breakout season with a spectacular four‑touchdown first half, finishing with 133 yards on just 11 carries.

His explosive scoring runs of 24 and 47 yards set the tone early, and UNT head coach Neal Brown praised him as “probably the best player on the field.”

Starter Tayven Jackson turned in one of the most efficient passing performances in program history, going 16‑of‑18 for 270 yards and a touchdown good for an 88.9% completion rate,

the second‑highest ever at UNT with 10+ attempts. Backup QBs Chaston Ditta and Chris Jimerson Jr. added touchdown passes of their own,

making UNT just the second FBS team this season to feature three different players throwing TDs in one game

After Houston Christian briefly tied the game at 14–14, the Mean Green defense locked in. UNT allowed just 222 yards the rest of the way and forced three turnovers,

highlighted by Jaden Allen’s 34‑yard pick‑six early in the fourth quarter.
