 ice picks is a weekly segment heard courtesy of the Jeff Duran show on 100.1 The Edge based outside Los Angeles, CA. Starting off being a way to introduce indie bands to the FM airwaves the DJ pair has grown the show to bring bands "flying under the radar" to the forefront of music. To date both Indie bands such as Faktion, Venture, Feel Never Real have shared the segment with such nationals iceberg brought to the LA scene with Burn Halo, Halestorm and Pop Evil and have even dropped down to those truly "under the radar" with long time vets of rock and roll, Joey C Jones, Tantric and so many more.
