Today on Reckless Radio, the Reckless Renegaders will have their usual un-cut improv free for all talk show along with some music whenever they decide to take a break from talking.
Below is the show report from last Sunday, February 21, 2010 by Helixon.
This week the Renegaders were reunited and the drama between Karis and Agent Dimples was revealed. The fact that Dimples had ignored Karis as she trekked home through the frigid cold was quite surprising – especially considering the “earthshaking” encounter they had the Super Bowl weekend. Hopefully no animals were harmed in the event that transpired that night. Unfortunately, Syria’s cat might have suffered from some psychological trauma during the show when Wick attempted to find the mysterious G-spot. Oh, and what a better world would it be if the G-spot actually did reside on the forehead! Perhaps the giant stick up some people’s ass would disappear with a few pats on the face (ahem, Denton’s finest sorority sisters)? It’s wise to think before you speak, Syria might be listening. After some Motley Crew, Limp Bizkit, and Goldie Lookin’ Chain the Renegaders were back to hear about Wick’s latest obsession – Olympic curler Madeleine Dupont. The Danish curler makes up for the fact that the sport of curling is one of the most boring, pointless, and least watched events of the games and thus earned Wick’s Dirty Girl of the Week Award. Syria finished up the show with a tragic news story out of Florida. Three teenage girls were killed when they became stuck on a railroad track and were hit with a freight train. Kids, stay off the train tracks. Until next week send Karis some b-day wishes and save-the-date for the next Renegade party at Big Dog’s! Help celebrate St. Patty’s by breaking in a stripper pole, participating in a wet t-shirt and boxer contest, and winning cool prizes. You might even see a leprechaun, sheep, or even a Murkin!
Tune in TODAY from 2-4pm cst to learn about a diamond studded belt buckle incident!
Last Sunday on The Cat's Lair, DJ Syria introduced the listeners to the Futhamuckas as the week's Sword of Omen. Then she introduced pretty much played anything she felt like, from Linkin Park, Trapt, Red, and Breaking Benjamin the first hour, to a dance music segment featuring a bit of Usher and Mary J. Blidge to hits from the past, present, and the future. TONIGHT, Syria has selected an indie rock band out of Denton, TX called Small Time Ruffians as her Sword of Omen. TUNE IN TONIGHT from 7-11pm cst right here on RenegadeRadio.net!
More show news will be posted either later on this evening or sometime on Monday so stay tuned!
